VixSiren Ltd (“VixSiren”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. This website does not collect any operational data from your facilities.
Regulatory frameworks
We are headquartered in Kenya and design our privacy practices to align with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and, where they apply to visitors, the principles of the:

Where these grant you stronger rights than local law, we honour the stronger standard.

Our website and analytics providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers’ approved transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and the safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal information you have shared with us, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email info@vixsiren.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in Kenya, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner).
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
